Firefox 1.0 released
It's been a thrill to see all the attention surrounding the release of Firefox 1.0. The open software movement is a great thing, and this is a quality browser. It's definitely starting to nibble at the market share of Internet Explorer.

I'm so glad Firefox is catching on. I've been using it since v. 0.1, and for a while had an archive of every release they ever put out buried on my hard drive somewhere. It's come so far, and it's SO GOOD! Almost every window machine I've ever touched has Firefox on it now.
