Free Internet dialup

Someone who uses www.access4free.com spoke positively of the service in a recent posting in a discussion group. He said they give you 10 hours/month free, then charge $1/hour up to a maximum of $10 (after that, access is free until the end of that month.)

I have network access, but I also have a dialup account that I use as a backup when the network is down. Unfortunately I pay $14 per month for a service I rarely use. I wish Access 4 Free were available in my area.
